These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sous La Face website and services, including bookings, treatments, memberships, and gift cards at our studios in Toronto (Yorkville) and West Hollywood, Los Angeles. By using our website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Sous La Face is operated by Sous La Face. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Sous La Face. References to “you” mean the person using our website or services.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Sous La Face provides lymphatic facial sculpting and related esthetic treatments and wellness services. Our treatments are esthetic services intended for wellbeing and appearance. They are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care. Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or medications before your treatment so we can advise on suitability.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Booking & appointments<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Appointments can be booked online through our booking platform or with our studio team. When you book, you agree to provide accurate information and to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid affecting the next guest.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cancellations & no-shows<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours<\/em><\/span>\u00a0notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than the required notice, and no-shows, may be subject to a fee. The specific policy shown at the time of booking applies to your appointment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Memberships<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Memberships are billed monthly and include the treatment and Recovery Room credits described on the membership pages. Key terms:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMemberships require a minimum three-month commitment. After three months, they continue month to month and can be cancelled at any time.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEarly cancellation within the first three months is subject to a $100 fee.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Prices are shown in Canadian dollars at the Toronto studio and United States dollars at the West Hollywood studio. Prices are subject to change. Payment is processed through our booking and payment providers at the time of service or on your membership billing date.     Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed toward treatments and services. Gift cards are non-refundable <\/em>but transferable <\/em><\/span>and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
