Every Sous La Face treatment moves through the same three stages, in the same order. The Method is the reason results compound. It is the reason no one else can deliver them.
Manual lymphatic drainage clears stagnation through the cervical chain. Calibrated to the lymphatic system’s natural pressure threshold, this stage depuffs the face, jaw, and upper body, and restores circulation. Nothing else can begin until flow is moving.
Manual fascia work and intra-oral (buccal) massage soften the jaw, release the masseter and buccinator, and prime the underlying muscles for sculpting. Worked from inside the mouth, gloved, gentle, exact. This is where tension stored from clenching, stress, and screens finally lets go.
Deep sculpting strokes redefine the cheekbones, jawline, and neckline. The lift you feel. The lift the camera sees. Microcurrent may be incorporated at this stage to amplify the manual work and lock in the lift.

The RRR™ Method is for anyone who wants visible sculpting, depuffing, and brightness without invasive treatments, and who values a result that builds on itself. Ideal for clients new to lymphatic work, regulars who maintain results through monthly visits, and anyone preparing for events, photographs, or moments that matter. It is also the protocol of choice for clients managing TMJ tension, post-travel inflammation, hormonal puffiness, on-camera schedules, and recovery from injectables.
Sixty to ninety minutes of focused, hand-led work, depending on the treatment. No downtime. Visible depuffing and sculpting immediately following treatment. Makeup can be applied right after. For maintained results, monthly visits are recommended. Many clients increase frequency to bi-weekly when targeting specific goals or recovering from periods of stress, travel, or inflammation. A regular facial works on the surface of the skin. The RRR™ Method works beneath the skin to address the underlying systems that create facial puffiness and loss of definition: stagnant lymphatic flow, fluid retention, and tension held in the facial fascia and muscles.
The RRR™ Method integrates three modalities in a defined order: lymphatic drainage, intra-oral buccal massage, and fascia release, followed by deep sculpting. Standard lymphatic drainage is one component of the Method, not the entire protocol. The sequencing, the buccal integration, and the sculpting finish are what make the Method proprietary.
The RRR™ Method is hand-led at every stage. Practitioners may incorporate supporting modalities like microcurrent in the Resculpt stage to amplify the manual work, and optional add-on tiers can layer microneedling, BioRePeel, or exosomes onto the Method. For injectables like Botox or filler, clients work with their preferred provider, and we’ll advise on timing so the Method and the injectables complement each other.
Yes. The Method works alongside injectables and many clients incorporate both into their routine. We recommend scheduling the Method at least 2 weeks before or after Botox, and at least 4 weeks before or after filler, so the microcurrent and manual technique don’t disperse injectables before they’ve fully settled. Outside those windows, the Method complements injectables beautifully.
No. The Method is firm but never painful. Intra-oral (buccal) massage may feel unfamiliar at first but is gentle and precisely calibrated.
There is no downtime. Visible depuffing and sculpting appear immediately after treatment, and makeup can be applied right after. This is why the Method is widely used as same-day event preparation.
Yes. The Method itself is performed entirely by hand and is well tolerated by sensitive, reactive, and rosacea-prone skin. Optional add-on tiers like + Glow (BioRePeel) and + Renew (microneedling, exosomes) involve more active layers, so your practitioner will recommend the right tier for your skin at consultation.
