Membership FAQ

There are two tiers. RRR Essential is $229 per month and includes one RRR treatment and two Recovery Room visits monthly. RRR Optimal is $449 per month and includes two RRR treatments and four Recovery Room visits monthly.

RRR Essential is for clients building toward a regular monthly practice. RRR Optimal is for clients who want the work to compound faster, with two treatments and four Recovery Room visits each month. Most members choose Optimal because the included value exceeds the cost difference.

Yes. Memberships are honored at both our Toronto studio in Yorkville and our Los Angeles studio in West Hollywood. Members traveling between the two cities can use their credits at either location.

Yes. Both memberships let you choose any RRR treatment for your monthly credits. You can book the RRR Face one month and the RRR Body the next, or use both Optimal credits on the same treatment.

No. Treatment and Recovery Room credits do not roll over. They refresh on your billing date each month. We do this intentionally to encourage consistency.

Yes. Membership treatments are transferable. You can share a treatment with a friend, family member, or partner. It is a great way to introduce someone to the practice without giving up your own monthly cycle.

Memberships require a minimum commitment of three months. After that, your membership continues month to month and can be cancelled at any time. Early cancellation within the first three months is subject to a $100 fee.

After the initial three-month commitment, you can cancel at any time by contacting the studio. Cancellations within the first three months are subject to a $100 fee.

Yes. You can upgrade your treatment or add enhancements at any time by paying the difference. Credits can be applied toward higher-value services, but not toward treatments of lesser value.

Yes. You can change your tier at any time. The change takes effect on your next billing date.

No. Gratuity is not included in membership pricing and can be added after each visit. You can request automatic gratuity through our guest services team.

Yes. Sous La Face memberships can be gifted. Contact the studio team for gift membership inquiries.

No. Membership treatments are performed by our esthetician team and are not eligible for RMT insurance receipts. Membership pricing and discounts do not apply to licensed practitioner services. See our Insurance Receipts page for RMT details.
