These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sous La Face website and services, including bookings, treatments, memberships, and gift cards at our studios in Toronto (Yorkville) and West Hollywood, Los Angeles. By using our website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Sous La Face is operated by Sous La Face. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Sous La Face. References to “you” mean the person using our website or services.
Services
Sous La Face provides lymphatic facial sculpting and related esthetic treatments and wellness services. Our treatments are esthetic services intended for wellbeing and appearance. They are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care. Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or medications before your treatment so we can advise on suitability.
Booking & appointments
Appointments can be booked online through our booking platform or with our studio team. When you book, you agree to provide accurate information and to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid affecting the next guest.
Cancellations & no-shows
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than the required notice, and no-shows, may be subject to a fee. The specific policy shown at the time of booking applies to your appointment.
Memberships
Memberships are billed monthly and include the treatment and Recovery Room credits described on the membership pages. Key terms:
- Memberships require a minimum three-month commitment. After three months, they continue month to month and can be cancelled at any time.
- Early cancellation within the first three months is subject to a $100 fee.
- Treatment and Recovery Room credits refresh on your billing date and do not roll over.
- Credits are transferable and are honored at both the Toronto and West Hollywood studios.
- Membership pricing and discounts do not apply to licensed practitioner services.

Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars at the Toronto studio and United States dollars at the West Hollywood studio. Prices are subject to change. Payment is processed through our booking and payment providers at the time of service or on your membership billing date. You are responsible for applicable taxes and any gratuity, which is not included in treatment or membership pricing.
Gift cards
Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed toward treatments and services. Gift cards are non-refundable but transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Health & safety
You agree to disclose relevant health information before treatment and to follow the aftercare guidance we provide. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where we believe it is not suitable for your health or safety.
Website use & intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, the RRR name and method, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Sous La Face and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sous La Face is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
Services provided at the Toronto studio are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Services provided at the West Hollywood studio are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with an effective date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
