Yes. Sous La gift cards are valid at both Yorkville (Toronto) and West Hollywood (Los Angeles). Your recipient can choose either location when they book.
Yes. Recipients can apply the value of a gift card toward an Essential or Optimal membership — perfect for gifting “the practice” rather than a single visit.
A 1-month membership gift is a complete standalone month. The recipient is not committed to anything after the gift month ends. If they love it and want to keep going, they simply put a card on file and the standard Sous La membership begins from that point — which has a 3-month minimum commitment they would be responsible for. If the recipient continues a membership past the gift month and later decides to cancel, the cancellation request is sent by email to hello@sousla.com . Cancellations within the first three months are subject to a $100 fee. After the three-month commitment, membership is month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime.
The online card is delivered right after purchase and comes in our standard digital design. The custom card is hand-designed by our team with the recipient’s name and your personal message, available digitally or as a physical card you pick up in studio. The custom service is ideal for milestone moments and meaningful gifts.
Custom cards are typically ready within 24 hours of payment. For digital delivery we email on the date you specify. For pickup, we’ll let you know exactly when your card is ready at the studio.
Yes. For larger gifts — a bachelorette package, a wedding party group booking, a full-studio celebration — call or email us. We’ll build a custom package and gift card to match.
Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire and are fully transferable, so they always find someone who’ll use them.
The gift card covers the full price; our practitioners modify treatments to suit pregnancy, sensitive skin, or other considerations. The recipient simply lets us know when they book.
The moment the recipient walks out, they’ll have nothing left to figure out. Adding a gratuity to the gift card is one of the most generous touches you can offer. Optional, not assumed.
