RRR stands for Reroute, Release, Resculpt. It is the Sous La Face method: reroute lymphatic fluid, release fascia and muscle tension, and resculpt the contours of the face. Every RRR treatment follows these three steps.
Neither. Sous La Face is a dedicated lymphatic facial sculpting studio. Our treatments are esthetic services focused on lymphatic and fascia work. They are not a spa menu, and they are not medical procedures.
Many clients notice a depuffed, more sculpted look immediately after a treatment. Lymphatic and fascia work compounds with consistency, which is why members who visit monthly tend to see their results hold longer between sessions.
Most RRR treatments run 60 to 90 minutes depending on the service. Each treatment page lists its exact duration.
The RRR Face is our signature treatment and the best introduction to the method. From there, many clients add Body, Scalp + Brain, or skin enhancements such as Cellstory, BioRePeel, Osmosis, or SkinPen. Our studio team can help you choose.
Most RRR treatments are hands-on and manual. Some skin enhancements, such as SkinPen microneedling, do involve devices or needles. Each treatment page describes exactly what the service involves.
