Sixty to seventy-five minutes of focused, hand-led work. No downtime. Visible depuffing and sculpting immediately following treatment. Makeup can be applied right after. A regular facial works on the surface of the skin. The RRR™ Method works beneath the skin to address the underlying systems that create facial puffiness and loss of definition: stagnant lymphatic flow, fluid retention, and tension held in the facial fascia and muscles.
Every treatment at Sous La is built on the RRR™ Method. The flagship is the RRR™ Face (60 minutes). It is also the foundation of the RRR™ Body, RRR™ Scalp, and every add-on tier including + Glow, + Clear, and + Renew.
The RRR™ Method is hand-led at every stage. Practitioners may incorporate supporting modalities like microcurrent in the Resculpt stage to amplify the manual work, and optional add-on tiers can layer microneedling, BioRePeel, or exosomes onto the Method. For injectables like Botox or filler, clients work with their preferred provider, and we’ll advise on timing so the Method and the injectables complement each other.
Yes. The Method works alongside injectables and many clients incorporate both into their routine. We recommend scheduling the Method at least 2 weeks before or after Botox, and at least 4 weeks before or after filler, so the microcurrent and manual technique don’t disperse injectables before they’ve fully settled. Outside those windows, the Method complements injectables beautifully.
Yes. The Method itself is performed entirely by hand and is well tolerated by sensitive, reactive, and rosacea-prone skin. Optional add-on tiers like + Glow (BioRePeel) and + Renew (microneedling, exosomes) involve more active layers, so your practitioner will recommend the right tier for your skin at consultation.
Most members receive one RRR™ treatment per month for ongoing sculpting and lymphatic support. Clients targeting specific results often increase to bi-weekly. The Method compounds. Results deepen with consistency.
