The Knowledge Library

Everything we know about how the face holds fluid, tension and time, written to be useful whether or not you ever book anything.

This library exists because the category is full of confident claims and short on sources. Every page here is written and professionally reviewed by Amanda Jeppesen, cites what it relies on, and states plainly where the evidence runs out. Several pages exist mainly to decline a claim we could have made.

It is organised in four tiers. Ultimate guides are the category-level pages, the ones that answer a whole subject. Guides support them by going deep on one mechanism. Comparisons put two treatments side by side. Answers are short pages that settle one specific question.

Ultimate Guides

The category pages. Each one answers an entire subject and links down to the guides that support it.

Guide 09

Botox or Lymphatic Facial Sculpting?

They act on different things. What each addresses, and why the answer is usually not one or the other.

Guide 11

Gua Sha or Buccal Massage?

How to use this

If you are new to the category, start with What Is Lymphatic Facial Sculpting? If you arrived with a specific problem, the answers are faster. If you are comparing us against something else, the comparisons are written for exactly that and they do not pretend we win every time.

Preparing for a date? The occasions section carries the timelines and the studio detail.
