Hi, I’m Amanda!

Forget everything the beauty industry has trained

Beauty doesn’t come through a scalpel, injection
or chemical treatment. Beauty comes from within.
It’s hard to remember a time before our notions of
beauty became what they are today; before
standards, expectations, and self-doubt. Before,
we were just ourselves. Let’s get back to that
place - you - in your natural state. Because there

For those of you that don’t know me, I’ve been a beauty enthusiast and skin therapist in Toronto for 9 years. Since the start of my journey, I’ve been in love with perfecting the skin. Further developing my knowledge, I worked and trained with many amazing teachers and skincare brands. I am certified in many treatments including our signature Radical Radiance Regime™, Forma, Lumecca, BodyFx and Morpheus8.

Having visited spas the world over, when Amanda explained the idea behind Sous La I was immediately interested. I quickly embarked upon a new mission to learn everything I could about the science behind the methods Amanda has developed for Sous La. I have been blown away by the results we are seeing and I am so excited to be able to share these amazing services with everyone. I’ve worked within the beauty & wellness industry for a lovely 7 years. I continue to grow my knowledge by training with world-renowned teachers each year. My passion is to help release the ongoing stresses in life while creating radiance. With a goal to educate the importance of self-care. When I met Amanda and learned of Sous La, it was like a breath of fresh air. A mission to treat beauty from within. At SLF, I specialize in muscle release and lymphatic drainage. I am also certified in our signature RRR™, Forma, BodyFx and Morpheus8.

Nikki Wood

My goal has always been to make people feel their best through treatments that enhance their natural beauty. I started in the beauty industry over 8 years ago as a makeup artist and I quickly realized the importance of skincare. Interested in learning more, I became a Medical Aesthetician and have been working with both skin and the deeper importance of facial care. I’ve since continued my education with some of the most advanced skincare lines in the industry. I am certified in our signature Radical Radiance Regime, Forma, and body treatments.
